William Page, Chef Jordan Daniels and The Sedgwick Restaurant Group just opened Big Willie’s Hot Stuff. William Page is a big name on the Atlanta restaurant scene, and a key member of the Sedgwick Restaurant Group for twenty-five years. A valued business partner of Chris and Michele Sedgwick since Aspens Signature Steaks East Cobb opened in October, 2000. And a busy man about town since the West Cobb Aspens and Theo’s Brother’s Bakery West Cobb locations opened in 2005.
Big Willie’s Hot Stuff is old school Southern meat & veggies. The menu is a blend of classic southern staples, savory sides and Nashville’s own hot chicken. Sandwiches & biscuits include fried catfish, slow cooked beef brisket, meatloaf, and two chicken choices. Hot entrees pay homage to Big Willie’s mom. Each comes with two sides and include salt and pepper fried shrimp, fried catfish, homemade meatloaf, a vegetables plate, country fried steak, smoked pork chops, roasted turkey and slow cooked Black Angus brisket.
